CHAKRA WORKSHOP – CREATE YOUR CHAKRA WAND

Come and learn about your chakras
What they are? What do they do?
How to recognise when they aren’t balanced and how you can change that?
Creating your own Chakra wand will help seekers gain another tool and some understanding that can help with balancing and aligning your chakras. We’ll also take the opportunity to discuss spiritual expression through art and we’ll meditate together. All the materials you’ll need along with refreshments are provided as part of the workshop.

TIMES: 10am to 12.30pm (times can vary with each event)
