I want people to get creative have some fun, feel connected to other beautiful souls during the workshop and make some time for themselves.
I will guide you through how to create your own sacred symbol with the choice of an Om or a Lotus Flower and show you step by step.
I will be talking about each symbol, its origin, some history and interesting facts.
We will chant Om and there will be a guided meditation too, this will help to balance your mind ,body and soul.
The workshops will hosted over zoom over 2 days (2/3 hours each day)
